Kaya Haus is a yoga and physiotherapy studio. These policies cover classes, workshops and private events booked through this site.

Terms of service

• Bookings are for the named person and the date shown at the time of booking.
• A seat is held only once payment is received. Unpaid holds are released automatically.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrival may mean you cannot join a session already in progress, for everyone's safety.
• Tell us about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before your first session so the practice can be adapted for you.
• Our sessions are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health concern, please consult your doctor.
• We may change an instructor, time or venue if we have to. If we do, we will tell you as soon as we can.

Cancellation & refunds

The same policy applies to workshop seats and to private celebrations.

• If you cancel — the full amount you paid is issued as Kaya Haus studio credit, valid for six months from the date of your original booking. It can be used against any session or event we run, and it is transferable to another person if you would rather pass it on. We do not return cash for customer cancellations.
• If we cancel — you always have the choice of a full cash refund to your original payment method, or a transfer to another date.
• No-show — a session you do not attend and did not tell us about is treated as used, and no credit is issued.
• Cash refunds, where they apply, are returned to the original payment method and normally reach you within 5–7 working days.
• Prices shown include GST where applicable. Your tax invoice is available from your ticket page.

Privacy

• We collect only your name, mobile number and (if you give it) email address, so we can confirm and manage your booking.
• We use your mobile number to send booking confirmations and session reminders. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by contacting the studio.
