Policies

Kaya Haus is a yoga and physiotherapy studio. These policies cover classes, workshops and events booked through this site.

Terms of service

• Bookings are for the named person and the date shown at the time of booking.
• A seat is held only once payment is received. Unpaid holds are released automatically.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrival may mean you cannot join a session already in progress, for everyone's safety.
• Tell us about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before your first session so the practice can be adapted for you.
• Our sessions are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health concern, please consult your doctor.
• We may change an instructor, time or venue if we have to. If we do, we will tell you as soon as we can.

Cancellation & refunds

Draft — to be confirmed by the studio. The timings below are placeholders and must be replaced with the studio's actual policy before publishing.

• Cancel more than 48 hours before the event — full refund to the original payment method.
• Cancel within 48 hours — credit toward a future session rather than a cash refund.
• No-show — no refund or credit.
• If we cancel — you always receive a full refund, or a transfer to another date if you prefer.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally reach you within 5–7 working days.
• To cancel, contact the studio on the number on your booking confirmation.

Privacy

• We collect only your name, mobile number and (if you give it) email address, so we can confirm and manage your booking.
• We use your mobile number to send booking confirmations and session reminders. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by contacting the studio.
